on the morning of january 15, the opening of "liu hailin skillmaster studio" and the signing meeting of skilled personnel training cooperation were held in cooec. this is the first municipal skillmaster studio in offshore engineering equipment manufacturing industry in tianjin, and the first cnooc skillmaster studio launched in china. on that day, 4 universities, including tianjin vocational institute and tianjin sino-german university of applied sciences, signed a frame agreement on skilled personnel training cooperation with cooec.
as one of the 10 municipal skillmaster studios selected by tianjin in 2020, 鈥淟iu hailin skillmaster studio鈥?is named after 鈥淟iu hailin鈥?who is the 鈥淣ational technical expert鈥? the 鈥淣ational youth position expert鈥?and 鈥淭ianjin labor model鈥? and was awarded the 鈥淐nooc skillmaster studio鈥?in december 2020. formerly known as the electrical welder innovation studio of cooec tanggu technician innovation workstation no.1, this studio has gathered a group of highly skilled welding talents in offshore oil and gas energy engineering industry, and now has 16 members, nearly 90% of whom are senior technicians and senior engineers, and two of whom enjoy the special government allowance of the state council.
at the meeting, yu yi, on behalf of cooec, expressed their sincere gratitude to the government of tianjin and cnooc in supporting the establishment of the studio. in his speech, he pointed out that, as the studio has been established, cooec will seize the opportunity to cooperate with various universities to speed up the interactive training and capability improvement of young skilled talents, to cultivate more high-end technicians in the intelligent manufacturing fields and provide skilled and innovative technicians for tianjin and even the whole country. meanwhile, cooec will perform its political, economic and social responsibilities as a 鈥淣ational team鈥?member of centrally-administered state-owned enterprises, give full play to its role as the chairman of tianjin offshore equipment industry (talent) union, focus on the intelligent and digital transformation and upgrading of offshore oil and gas energy engineering industry, and contribute to the high-quality development of china鈥檚 offshore oil industry and tianjin鈥檚 offshore equipment industry.
