after the final closure of the platform, the scr pulley suspended and fixed at the bottom of the platform is more than 60 meters from the sea level, under the premise that all crane equipment cannot be used. it is necessary for the construction personnel to set up a temporary platform with 15 meters length and 4.7 meters width, at an altitude of more than 60 meters from the sea level, pave a guiding track on it, and use the roller trolley to slide the scr pulley by 15 meters to the installation point. all dimensions and forces of four directions should be accurately calculated in the process of operation, and every centimeter distance should be absolutely correct.
by 3rd december, the site construction personnel have overcome the bad working conditions of rain, snow and wind, strengthened safety and quality risk control, and rationally optimized the construction plan. the scr pulley has slided steadily to the installation position, and the fixed welding operation is under way.
